• Provenance/Details: Persian turquoise comes from iran, especially the historic neyshabur / nishapur mines in khorasan province, one of the oldest and most prestigious turquoise sources in the world. it is famous for its rich robin’s-egg blue to sky-blue color, often with little or no matrix. spiritually, turquoise is associated with protection, good fortune, wisdom, peace, and clear communication.
