A Store Like No Other
Located in the heart of Manhattan’s trendy Tribeca, the Atelier is housed in a landmark building reflecting the heart and soul of this eclectic area. When Gurhan first found this space, he was taken by the rich wood floors, exposed brick walls and soaring ceilings. He personally renovated the space to blend all these features to create an atmosphere that is warm, personal and historic. In keeping with the overall style, jewelry is artfully displayed in mounted showcases that were hand-made by Gurhan from vintage frames.
Alongside the Designer
Gurhan is one of the few hands-on designers who, after more than 20 years, continues to work directly with his clients each and every day, guiding them to the perfect selection or developing a custom creation. It is this close personal connection that continues to inspire designs that are so perfectly suited to today’s modern shopper.

More than a retail store, the Atelier offers a unique and personal experience. Step inside the warm, inviting space to find the latest GURHAN creations as well as a museum-worthy collection of art, antiquities and objets collected by Gurhan and his wife Fiona throughout a lifetime of travel.
Chances are you’ll be greeted by Gurhan himself who spends most days working on designs at his bench, or getting to know the shoppers who often drop in to relax, sip an afternoon coffee or cocktail on the sofa, while taking in the creative vibes that seem to fill the air.
In fact, the Atelier was named “One of the Coolest Stores in America” by INSTORE Magazine and it is often chosen to host events including bridal parties, luxury partner shopping events, and press introductions.
