Luxe Points can be redeemed online or at our Atelier located at 160 Franklin Street in Tribeca, NYC.

Visit your Rewards Dashboard by clicking on the widget located on the lower left hand corner of your screen.

From your Rewards Dashboard, click on the "Earn Points" tab then click on the "Register Your Jewelry" activity. Each piece of GURHAN jewelry is engraved with a unique serial number. Enter that number when prompted in the activity window. If you need assistance locating the number please reach out to concierge@gurhan.com

Members in the Collector or Ambassador tier levels will earn triple points on any purchase twice a year. Purchases made during January 15–January 31 and June 15–June 30 are eligible.

Tier information is located in the upper left hand corner of your Rewards Dashboard.

Your tier status is evaluated every year on your loyalty anniversary. Each year your tier level will be adjusted based on the amount of points you have earned during that 12 month period.

Luxe Points will expire if a purchase has not been made in 24 months.

Luxe Points will appear in your account once your order is fulfilled.

Redeemed Luxe Points cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Your points balance and tier level will be adjusted to reflect your return.
