Shipping & Returns
Every GURHAN design is shaped by hand in our Istanbul atelier, and it should reach you with the same care that made it.
Below, you will find how your order makes its way to you, and what to do should a design not feel like yours.
Shipping
All domestic orders ship complimentary by 2nd-day delivery.
Overnight shipping is available at checkout, and its fee depends on the delivery address.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Because every design is hammered by hand, one that is not currently in stock needs additional production time. If your order is meant for a particular date, write to concierge@gurhan.com and our concierge will plan around your timeline.
Gift Packaging
Every order arrives in GURHAN's signature gift box, so opening it becomes part of the gift. And when a gift deserves a few words of your own, gift wrapping and a personalized message are available on request.
Our gift wrapping changes throughout the year, so its design may vary.
Return Policy
Each design is hand-hammered, so no two surfaces are ever the same.
The subtle variations in texture and form record the hand that shaped them, and they are why no other piece will match yours exactly.
If a design still does not feel right, you may return it for full credit.
To begin, request a return shipping label from concierge@gurhan.com.
Your return must:
- Arrive within 30 days of your purchase receipt
- Be in the condition in which it was received, with price tags intact
- Ship with the label provided by GURHAN
- Include the original packing slip and all GURHAN packaging
- Be packed with care, since the condition of the piece on arrival is the sender's responsibility
For international returns, return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and are deducted from the refund.
A few returns fall outside this policy.
- Custom designs and special orders are created for one person, which is why they are final sale.
- We accept returns only for designs purchased on gurhan.com. For a design bought from an authorized GURHAN retailer, please contact that retailer directly.
- Returns sent without authorization will be refused and shipped back at the customer's expense.
