• Provenance/Details: Armenian teghut turquoise comes from the teghut / teghout deposit in lori province, northern armenia, near the village of teghut. it is known for vivid blue to blue-green color, sometimes with mottled matrix or pyrite-like sparkle. spiritually, turquoise is associated with protection, healing, inner peace, wisdom, and clear communication. its value comes from its armenian origin, rarity, attractive color, cultural heritage, and limited mine supply; jewelry-grade pieces with strong color and good polish are especially desirable.
