Is the WebSales Partner Program an Affiliate Program?

Yes… and no!  Our WebSales Partner Program operates like an Affiliate Program in that we pay commission to you if someone you refer to our site through the link we give you makes a purchase.  But there the similarity stops.  Most affiliate programs are not for luxury items with a story behind them or for a brand that is so personal and which is all about the custom experience.  No affiliate program offers commissions like we do because they don’t attract the caliber of partner or value the importance of a strong, pre-qualified contact list like we do.

Am I Eligible for GURHAN’s WebSales Partner Program?

We welcome all applications but reserve the right to refuse membership or revoke a membership at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. 

Which of your Programs should I apply for?

Are you a professional stylist or personal shopper?  You belong in Program 1.

Do you personally know people who would be interested in shopping for GURHAN jewelry?  You belong in Program 2.

Do you have a list or followers who you do not personally know but who could be interested in shopping for GURHAN jewelry?  You belong in Program 3.

Are you seeking to raise money for a non-profit?  You belong in Program 4.

Are there any fees?

No. There are no fees associated with the GURHAN WebSales Partner Program. It is completely free to participate.

What is the commission rate?

This depends on the Program you are in.

If you are a professional stylist or personal shopper in Program 1, it is 20%.

If you are personally connected to the person you refer in Program 2, it is 20%.

If you are reaching out to a broad audience of people you don’t know, you are in Program 3 and it is 10%.

If you are supporting a qualified non-profit it is 20%, shared all or in part with the non-profit.

What is the average order size?

The average order size at GURHAN is $3,500.  Gold jewelry ranges from $1,000 to $100,000.  Silver jewelry ranges from $100 to $2,000. 

Is there a minimum annual threshold?

There is no minimum sales level required to remain in the program, we reserve the right to cancel membership if we do not see evidence of referral activity.

Do I receive any Discounts since I'm a Partner?

Once you have started generating referrals and have received at least $500 in commissions, contact your Partner Manager and we will extend our “friends & family” discount to you for a personal purchase.

What images of GURHAN product and the brand may I use?

All of the content on our website is protected by copyright. You may use images and content from our websites in the promotion of our products, however all images must be attributed and/or used in conjunction the sale of the product through the WebSale Partner Program. The images cannot be used in the general design of your website. If you have a special circumstance that requires the use of any photos, product images or content in a manner that is not consistent with the policy stated above, please contact us for written approval prior to the content's use.

Yes, we are committed to making our affiliates successful and our program manager is available to help. 

How do I know if my application has been received or if I have been accepted into the affiliate program?

If your application has been submitted correctly, you should receive a confirmation e-mail from us. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your spam folder. Once approved, you will receive a welcome email from our Partner Manager.

When and how do I get paid?

We will pay your monthly commission via paypal, check or direct deposit the month following the 14 day period during which product returns are accepted. See your Settings tab on your Refersion Portal to set up payment options or contact your Partner Manager.

What sales and commission reports do you provide?

Each transaction is logged on Refersion and your Portal provides real-time tracking of your clicks, sales and commission. Reports are available for you to automatically run and download from your Portal.

What are Cookie Days?

If a visitor comes to our website from your link but does not purchase on that visit, you can still earn commission on sales from that customer if they return and make a purchase within the period known as ‘cookie days’. This works even if they navigate directly to the website on a return visit (as long as they haven't deleted their cookies).

How long are the Cookie Days under my Program?

Program 1: 365 days
Program 2: 90 days
Program 3: 30 days

Do I earn a commission even if my referral buys a different product to the one I promote? 

Yes. You will receive full credit for any product that is purchased by a customer who clicks on your link.

How do product returns affect my commission?

If a customer returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited the commission. But don't worry—we have very low return rate.

How do Discount Codes work?

If you would like to offer your contacts a discount code, contact your Partner Manager and we will issue one for you.  Please note that the amount of the discount on any sale will be deducted from your commission.
