Terms and Conditions

*Reservations must be made within twelve months of achieving this award level. The $250,000 expenditure threshold applies to spending arising on or after September 26, 2023, and must be met exclusive of (i) purchases used for credit in any other loyalty or similar reward programs offered by Gurhan from time-to-time and (ii) returns and other credits given; once travel has been booked, no returns or other credits on spending during the preceding 24-months will be granted to the extent such returns or credits would result in aggregate expenditures during that same period of less than $250,000. Booking must be completed six months in advance of departure date and any changes / cancellation would be allowed within 60 days of departure date. We reserve the right to substitute for another luxury hotel if either of the Four Seasons hotels are not available. The award includes airport transportation to and from the hotel. 5 nights’ accommodation, round trip business class tickets for two people, one day city tour, two nights of dining with a GURHAN ambassador. Round trip travel to our Istanbul Atelier. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of property, illness, and travelers are traveling at their own risk. We may make changes to the award program, including changes to the award eligibility requirements (e.g., an increased spending threshold) and/or the award itself, at any time by changing these legal terms, and any such changes will be effective and apply to all awards for which eligibility arises after the date such changes are first published as part of these legal terms. We may cancel this award program as it applies to any travel that has not yet been booked, regardless of whether you are eligible to book travel under the award program, and such cancellation will be effective [sixty (60)] days after publication of cancellation in these legal terms.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THIS AWARD PROGRAM AND ANY TRAVEL AWARDED TO YOU AS PART OF THE AWARD PROGRAM ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY GURHAN. IN NO EVENT SHALL GURHAN OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AWARD PROGRAM, ANY TRAVEL AWARDED TO YOU AS PART OF THIS AWARD PROGRAM, OR ANY FAILURE BY GURHAN TO PERFORM ITS OBLIGATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE AWARD PROGRAM (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT GURHAN HAS OFFERED THIS AWARD PROGRAM IN RELIANCE UPON THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE, THAT THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE REFLECT A REASONABLE AND FAIR ALLOCATION OF RISK BETWEEN YOU AND GURHAN, AND THAT THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND GURHAN. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT GURHAN WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE AWARD PROGRAM ON AN ECONOMICALLY REASONABLE BASIS WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.
